The staff and the breakfast were wonderful. Although the self check in was new for me, there was an attendant available who was very helpful. The parking was not obvious at all, and the pay station did not accept my North American credit card, she pointed me to some free parking close by. Also in the morning she was extremely helpful with a personal situation. The property is outside of town, however close to many trails, and right beside the river. It was a very cost effective choice for us. The breakfast was fantastic, great food options - the health juice shots were a pleasant surprise and the coffee was amazing. Plus the view of the hockey rink was not expected and very nice touch for us Canadians!

Smidigt med självincheckning. Svårt att hitta ingången till hotellet. Fick betala parkering för natten, kändes inte helt tryggt med bilen på en stor allmänn parkering. Lite kallt i rummet. Stort och bra badrum, sköna täcken. Mysig restaurang och en rogivande frukost som var jätte god. Kaffet smakade så gott. Var bra med ett rum utan fönster, jag tänkte inte på det. Bra ventilation i rummet. Mysigt och lugnt hotell med trevlig restaurangpersonal till frukosten som sade God morgon. Nära till Ica affär.

Toppen hotell lite utanför staden

Ett hotell som ligger lite utanför Karlstad men med en fantastisk utsikt över Klarälven. Jättefina promenadområden vid älven. Hotellet ligger också i anslutning till arenan vilket gör det till ett perfekt hotell vid konserter eller annat som händer i arenan. Rummet var nytt och fräscht. Supersköna sängar. Frukosten hade ett bra utbud där inget saknades.
