The kitchenette was poorly serviced. There was no cooker provided to make light and simple meals that guests may wish to make. There was no weighing scale for use of guests. The staff were friendly and helpful though.

Lovely stay

Hotel is in a lovely area. 1min walk to train station and also to the zoo. Our room didn't have air condition. We booked a double room but it turned out that two beds had just been put together and there was a big gap.

Staff not honest

I accidentally left my wallet in the room, but when I call back to ask for my wallet the hotel said the couldn't found it. Not honest staff in the hotel.

Neat clean and cheap

Very nice. I lived in A & O hostels for three times in different district. All very nice. Clean, organized, shower shampoo provided.

Handy for rail travellers

The hotel caters to the hostel market, so some aspects are quite basic. The breakfast buffet is a good deal, and good range of snacks and drinks can be purchased in the lobby, as well as a take-away sandwich lunch. The hotel was very conveniently located for me as it is right beside the main railway station and I arrived and departed by train. It's not in the town centre, but there is a transit hub in front of the station, with trams and buses coming all the time, so it's easy to get into the town centre. Some of the trams also go out into the countryside, and I rode one out to the northern edge of the Black Forest. Despite the transit and railway activity, my room was quiet.

inconvinient condition for 57€

I was there for one night and i am certanly happy because it was just one night . Double glass windows however from room on street was too noisy and couldnt sleep at all.single room was 2×3 meter which was small for one person,although we call box room in UK. Staff was so friendly also good services .

Friendly Staff

This hotel was fine. Although, there were no curtains in the room which made it difficult to sleep at night with light/noise from outside. The location is excellent next to the Hauptbahnhof, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is looking a little tired in places and the room could do with an update. However, it was clean and I would stay here again.

Good hostel right by the train station

Clean, efficient (very late) registration, good rooms. I had a crazy loud snorer in my room which meant I didn't actually sleep much, but that's no fault of the hostel, obviously.

Waste of money

Really bad. While I was in my room resting hotel issued another key for another customer they came into my room. It was quiet unpleasant moment for me.no apologise.
