I paid for a king room, and ended up with a handicapped room with 2 beds. The window shade would only close to about a foot of the bottom of the window. Anyone walking or driving by could look in the window since I was on the first floor. Since it was for handicap, there was not counter for the sink to put my things. The tiles around the top of the shower and the floor around the shower was coming loose and looked unsafe, so not able to take a shower. I didn't have time to mention this to the desk when I checked in since I was late to a meeting and not get back to the room till late. When I checked out, I mentioned this to the deck clerk and he said there was nothing he could do, since I didn't mention when I checked in. Won't be staying there again.

Rude front desk employee

Myself and several family members were staying there. The front desk person named Christian( at least that is what he said was him name) on Saturday starting yelling at us pointing at us telling us we could check out of the hotel if we didn’t like it over a small matter. He was so rude and unprofessional that someone who didn’t know us but heard this came up and told him he was being unprofessional and that we were the customer and that he was rude.

We stayed for 2 nights and had no issues. We did a late check in and everything was quick. The room was what we requested and was clean. The area is surrounded by plenty of eating and shopping spots. I would easily return when back in the area.
