We were able to check in at 3 and went to the Stampede for the evening then onto the casino so we came in late but the hotel was quiet and we got a good nights rest in comfortable beds. Breakfast was great! I would recommend this hotel.

When i originally made my reservation it ws for a King suite . When i checkwd in they gave me a regular king. I wanted what i ordered. Somebody on your staff told me , when people check in early sometimes they get upgraded . That part eas the only upset . Also i go to tacos and tequila every year and i would like to see the stadium from my room. Thats it . Vargas

Bed was bent in the middle. Asked to switch rooms after the 2nd night. The bed in that room was highly uncomfortable as well. When the switch was made the remote was not the correct one for the tv. There was not any sort of offer for regund. The staff was plesant and kind but for $500 spent i would have rather roughed it. Will not return

Convenient location for shopping and restaurants but the hotel is not in great condition. Looks like they are updating some things but repairs made throughout the room look sloppy and make it look unkept.

The service was average. There were a couple broken outlets. None of the outlets were conducive to conveniently charging devices. AC unit was very noisy. Definitely doesn't live up to the name of the hotel.

Not be back....

The hotel was being remodeled which is fine but the rooms that are not yet remodeled are terrible. The bath tub didn't hold water, the water was hardly warm and the carpet is disgusting as was the pull out couch my grandson had to sleep on. The first room they gave us. The thermostat didn't even work :(
