We have stayed at the Perry Lodge a few times and really enjoy this cute, historic place. The woman that checked us in was okay but not quite pleasant. The breakfast and staff in the morning were all great!

Great but not wheelchair friendly

It was a wonderful stay. The management we're incredibly kind and helpful. Whenever we needed anything, they were prompt and gracious about it. We were there before tourist season so they only served breakfast but we're very willing to let us use the dining room for playing games and eating takeout. Our only difficulty was that they are not very wheelchair accessible, we had someone with a walker and had to go quite a way out of the way to avoid stairs. But over all the stay was great.

Everything was great but the beds

We liked everything about our rooms except the mattresses. We had joining rooms. They were both clean and updated, they were quiet and comfy. We loved the history of this place. Literally the only thing we didn't like was the mattresses. 5/5 of us slept very poorly. The beds were hard and made a loud squeaking noise whenever somebody rolled over.

Excellent location and staff is very friendly. Check in is at 4pm. The bed was hard for us, but that’s subjective. Clean room was well appointed and the grounds are well kept. Quiet rooms even for a Saturday night since there were only a few ATV’s. Fun movie history on display. Breakfast fee is $10 per person, it has a great selection but was already just a lukewarm buffet at the 7am start time.

Old place but convenient to all things to do

Location is good, not many choices for dining and shopping. Good location for all the outdoor activities. The place is old and room is very tight. Did not tried the buffet breakfast. We did not have any safety issue, but kind of wary the first, we were alone in the back of the hotel and no other guests around.

Parry Lodge has an old school feel but with just the right touch of modern. The owners did a great job of keeping the old movie feel but with just a bit of modernization to keep it comfortable. From the moment you pull into the parking lot, you feel like you are back in the 40s. While the rooms also have that same feeling there are updated showers and beds.
