Excellent service, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean and comfortable

I had to ask for hand towels daily but after I asked for anything, all items I asked for (including hand towels) were delivered promptly. Suggestion for hotel to have a larger number of hand towels on hand so that guests don't have to ask for them. Didn't ask for face towels and room was never stocked with them but I would expect that having more face towels in stock would be appreciated?

Once again our stay was very enjoyable. The staff in the restaurant are so friendly and assist in any way possible. The pool attendant was exceptional, bringing our towels down personally and setting them out for us. Everything is well maintained and our room overlooked the Straits of Malacca. We shall return.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Definitely one of my favourites and I’ve already been spreading the word to friends and strangers. This is does NOT feel like a 3-star at all. Service is impeccable and the rooms are top notch, offering things like a pillow menu (which I happily used). Joshua at the concierge desk was phenomenal and suggested many local food places that were authentic and very tasty!

Staff made us feel right at home, the neighbourhood was ideal for walking around, and the room exceeded our expectations.
