My husband and I stayed for one night at the Perdana kota Bharu after a missed flight. It is our first time in this city. Upon arrival, we were impressed with the amazing service provided by Mrs Zuriati. She went above and beyond , upgraded our room and provided such kind and thoughtful service. She accompanied us to our room and made sure we were comfortable. The room we stayed in was new, very clean with a modern bathroom , pool view and all amenities , including a prayer mat. The breakfast buffet was really varied, including local and western dishes. We got to try local dishes such as Akok. The hotel is about 15 min from the airport so it is very practical. Overall , this was a great surprise. Thank you again Zuriati for your kindness and great service ! I will stay at the perdana when I come back to kota bharu.

Room is not properly cleaned and hotel room is old.

Clean room with basic amenities. Breakfast was simple with western and local selections.

Clean and spacious family room. Breakfast buffet was impressive. AC was not strong enough, took many hours to cool the room down and didn’t ever really get cool. Gym could be updated and improved. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time and customer arriving late for check-in should not be an issue since payment had been made earlier.
