The pool was full of insects, as it is outdoors, which is expected; however, it wasn't being cleaned. The volume on our room's TV was not working. Contacted the front desk, and they got back to me about 40 minutes later. We were asleep by then. There is only one elevator location, which is very inconvenient when you have to drag your luggage and kids to your room, located at the other end of the hallway.

Hotel is a clean and full amenities chalet. Could use some updating but overall comfy rooms and the best hotel in the area. Great location to walk out and start exploring the village. Parking is incredibly tight and barely fits an SUV.

For a hotel of this scale , the pool area is hire small, hot tubs were not hot and no jets Walls are a little thin However the rooms are beautiful and the staff is amazing both front desk and restaurant

The room and bed were fantastic. The staff members were very helpfull and couteous. There are 3 elevators. 1 was out of order for our entire stay (4 nights) and one of the others was down for a day as well. This made for a bit of a wait at peak times. The pool was occasionally in need of skimming and it was rare that all 3 hot tubs were functioning at the same time. All minor issues. The most annoying issue was that the thermostat in the room would not stay on the setting we wanted it. Everytime we left the room we would return to a hot room. We also kept waking up to the room being too warm after a few hours of sleep every night. Overall, a very pleasant weekend.

Great location, everything within walking distance. Parking is expensive, seems like gouging! For a hotel with over 200 rooms, it seems ridiculous that the pool would only have 10 loungers and they won't let you bring a lawn chair to the area to sit in. What a joke! Elevators are painfully slow and on top of that, one wasn't working...

The room was clean and had plenty of space. The location was super convenient. However, the elevator was very slow and at times out of service, so we had to carry our luggage down the stairs. With the exception of the pool staff, everyone else was very friendly and helpful. The pool was uncomfortably cold- colder than any other hotel pool we’ve experienced in BC. When I mentioned it, the pool staff just brushed it off and said it was “normal,” which was surprising- especially since it’s way too cold for little kids.
