Worse experience !

The property is in a state of severe disrepair, resulting in one of my most unpleasant experiences. The odor is extremely unpleasant and overwhelming. Additionally, there are numerous dead birds found on my bedroom door, which is highly disturbing.

Was noisy in the day and night. Room smelt like smoke when it was a nonsmoking room and there was holes in the wall. Not the cleanest it could be. Not the worst hotel ever though.

Super accommodating staff

The hotel itself is a bit run down but the service is excellent. Aman (staff) offers his personal hair dryer when we needed one. He goes up and beyond just a staff, he is very accommodating, nice and friendly. Continental breakfast is also better than expected.

There was no internet available. The free breakfast had signs up saying yogurt and fruit….. there wasn’t any. The front desk couldn’t tell me how much my card was charged for the room and I never received a receipt from the third party billing. The staff acted like it was everyone else’s problems but theirs.

The staff here are excellent and are helpful especially when I had a large truck to park and some concerns. However, the room is meant to be non smoking but it smells so strongly of cigarettes that it is difficult to breath especially with allergies.

We were not really concern about our stay because it was for medical reasons and our mind was on other things but there was no wifi but we never complained because we did not need it this time

Toilet didn't work , A/C didn't work, Sheets were not changed and were soiled from previous guests. We were booked in for 3 nights but had to leave after 1 night but were still charged for 3 nights and were told we had to get our refund from Expedia. I hope that is true but time will tell.

It was supposed to be a non smoking room but they disguised the smell with an industrial spay of sorts. Airded the room out for 3 hours while i went for diner came back and it was just as bad Tried to go to bed but couldnt breath. Asked for a difrent room and nothing was available so i had to check out. Went to another hotel with no refund hotels . Com should really consider removing this hotel from there list of hotels

On arrival other guest were smoking outside the rooms. Room dirty behind beds, bathroom not great. Electric wall sockets not working, WiFi not working very well. Breakfast - cereals stale.
