As per the value, it is worth it. They could improve little more cleaning of room, especially floors. Bedsheets were having holes in them, there is a smell in room as soon as you enter, you can feel it. I would say charge few extra dollars and start improving these things. On the other hand, receptionist was friendly, checkin was quick, easy and ample parking. Very close to liquor shop, Mcdonalds, gas station etc. I would stay there again specially with the price they offered. 80$ per room , breakfast included.

Extremely dirty with poor service. Dirty dishes, AC didn’t work, dirty mattress, grimy floor that turned my socks black, years of dust behind the bedside tables, towels smelled bad, things falling apart all over the room. Not worth saving a few dollars over other locations.

The property was a little tired looking. Main staircases leading up to second floors had very ragged carpet. The room next to mine had an air conditioner sitting outside room. The lobby offered up breakfast which consisted of cereal, toast, yogurt,frozen waffles, coffee,tea and juice boxes. It did the job. Overall it was as the name stated...budget. I would recommend this place if you just wanted a place to sleep. There were rooms with kitchenettes but I didn't see inside them. It was right off of the Trans Canada Hwy so easy access. Overall I will give it a 3.5 star rating.

The hotel is tired and needs attention. It is also wasteful in water and electricity that could be used to present an accommodations more relative to their past history. The washrooms are disgusting. Cleanliness in all accommodations begins in the washrooms. You lose that objective and you lose repeat customers. The rest is a matter of opinion. We will return because we have already booked. We will enjoy the people we meet and a good nights rest. But we will not be having a shower.

Easy access from Trans Canada Hwy on and off, staff was friendly and extremely helpful, although hotel is a little dated, our room was VERY clean. Would definitely stay here again !!

The location is convenient while traveling, though I would not recommend staying with a family. The rooms are non smoking though there are tons of smoking tables and chairs just outside the rooms. The sheets were clean though the rest of the room was in really rough shape. Damaged or missing baseboards and moulding, dirty/mouldy grout in the bathroom, no plug for bath, dirty stained carpets, broken furniture, etc. however, it did have a huge big screen tv for watching tv and a pleasant view outside the windows. I guess you get what you pay for
