Stayed two times at this hotel. The first room was redone and had a sink in the room, with a fridge, microwave. Nice room with a wood floor. The second time staying didn't get a updated room and it smelled funny, carpet on the floor, and the bed frame was sticking out and I cut my leg on it. The tap for the bathroom sink was broken, (they did fix it right away when I showed them).

Bed Bugs

I've styed at this motel many many times, cheap and easy access to Hiway 5 (driving from AB to Vancouver) The last trip, a one night stop, everything seemed typical, but when I got back to Vancouver and for the next few days, bug bites manifested all over my upper body. Bed Bugs. i went to a doc to congform....Not cool. Not clean.

This trip was part of another trip so just a stop over in Kamloops. When we arrived there was about 3 police cars not sure if this was a sign but we were now questioning our choice. Over all it would do… a/c was positioned beside the bed so my husband was very cold all night but you could not turn off as it was too hot! Shower was good but no amenities to speak of… would we stay again - no. Big somewhere else!

Dirty room requiring multiple repairs. And the first time I've ever had a bath towel with holes in it. Stayed for one night as we were travelling thru town and won't make the mistake of staying here again. Paid $170 for a room that was worth $40/night.
