"We were given a room on the tenth floor, and the hotel is doing extensive renovations on the 11th, so there is loud noises from 8 am till 5 pm. You cannot be in the room at all if you want quiet. We talked to someone who was on the 12th floor and they had the same experience and were also quite upset. ..."
