We had a great stay here. Very calm area with a mini market nearby (walking distance) for anything you need like snacks or water. We rented a car which we would highly recommend doing, they have a parking lot for the hotel which is nice. The view from our room (we picked one with a sea view) was amazing. The restaurant was very convenient with friendly staff and good food. They also have a beach bar and of course a beach right under the hotel which was very nice. We used the lounge chairs at the beach which were very convenient! Breakfast offered a great variety of food and was super convenient. All the staff was friendly and helpful and we felt very welcomed and taken care of. Would come back again!

My husband and I were due to stay here for 4 nights at the end of last month, however our flight from Gatwick to Zakynthos were cancelled by EasyJet due to a storm/bad weather. The next flight out to the country was 2 days later. This was clearly out of our control. We contacted Expedia to ask for our money back on the hotel booking and the hotel declined to refund us stating their cancellation policy. I understand this is a business but our flights being cancelled on the day we were due to fly and check-in is clearly not our choice and a clear case of extenuating circumstances. My husband and I would’ve been prepared to stay at the hotel at another time if the refund could’ve been offered to us via another means (voucher etc) but this wasn’t offered and was an automatic NO. This decision would’ve been at the hotels discretion considering the circumstances. Very disappointed and we will now have to sought our money back by another means (insurance/bank).

No front desk staff during early hours, we called many times to the front desk no one picked up. Staff entered our room without knocking... They don't provide any adaptors which is disappointing given this is a 5-star property.

I don’t usually take the time to review my stays, but this is a must. As a traveler that booked a 5 start hotel, I am quite upset at the inaccuracy of this rating. The hotel is “nice”, but the quality is of a 3.5 star hotel (at most). There is minimal to no WiFi. We were greeted with a “used” glass of white wine (evident markings of lip stick on the glasses). Breakfast is included, but the quality of the food is suboptimal. We went for breakfast the first day, walked around the buffet area, and literally left without eating. I can go on and on, but I feel that this information is enough for anyone considering this hotel to think twice if expecting high quality. The staff was nice, but that’s not enough for a 5 star rating.

The hotel looks absolutely beautiful and gives very luxurious feel. I loved the way that even when the resort was full you always had space for yourself. Food was great, cleaning staff amazing and it was also great to have access to showers if you were leaving in the afternoon after you checked out. All staff except one lady at the bar (working in the morning) were amazing and I hope I’ll see them there next time too. They really ensured that you feel like you have everything you need. Rafael and the crew were always proactive and ensuring you have space for your food, ladies at reception were amazing all of them and cleaning ladies always smiling and leaving your room so tidy. One negative as mentioned above was the lady at the bar near pool, I’m not sure if that’s her character or she’s just bored with her job but she was extremely rude to people. I witnessed this few times myself when I was standing nearby and it wasn’t pleasant experience. I overheard her complaining about the money the hotel gives her, telling off customers who just arrived that they have to pay extra for iced tea and that she doesn’t care they’re all inclusive because everyone is all inclusive (it could have been said more nicer) or rolling eyes every time she had to stand up and saw queue near bar.
