Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Beautiful property! Very close to the lake and most importantly walking distance from many great places to eat. We loved the decor and the mini kitchen was perfect for coffee and to make an omelette or have some leftovers. 10/10 staff was friendly and very helpful

Hotel is centrally located with walking access to restaurants and shops. The young man at the desk was very helpful and the room was clean and well kept. It may have been the smallest room we've ever stayed in and the mattress was more like a full than a queen and it was lumpy .

We really liked the June Lake Motel. Our room was clean and it had a nice little kitchen and it was dog friendly. It had a classic mountain motel feel but it was convenient, clean and comfortable. Perfect for what we needed.
