Andy at the front desk was awsome and Jada at the breakfast area did a great job. The rooms that I booked where just what I asked for my group was pleased with this stay. The Room staff on the forth floor did an excellent job of getting our rooms ready to check in a little early. Was sad that there was no biscuits and gravy at breakfast otherwise breakfast was great.

Really disappointed in our stay at this hotel. We stayed here last night 10/23/25, on our cross country trip from FL to CO that we take every year. We were given a room that had an adjoining room next door, and of course the people in that room arrived just after midnight and were being noisy and listening to music until 2:30am. Because there is a gap under the doors between rooms, it was like they were in our room. The room does not get dark at night. There is light from under the doors, around the blinds and from multiple things in the room. The beds are extremely uncomfortable unless you really like firm mattresses. In all we got about 3 hours of sleep after a long day of driving and another ahead of us. The breakfast was a joke, with limited options. The hotel was clean, the staff was nice, and the property was recently renovated. Unfortunately the bad outweighs the good with this place. We paid over $150 for a double queen room on a Thursday. For a 3 star hotel in Kansas that’s highway robbery. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I have no idea how this place has the positive reviews it has. We travel extensively, and this was our most disappointing stay in recent memory.

This was a one night stop on our travels west, although it was a perfect stay. Comfortable, clean, safe and easy access to highway but currently the highway in this area is under construction, so we initially missed the exit. Good breakfast too. Would stay here again.

We had problems with the reservation and a room was not available on our first night. Even though we had to go to another hotel that night, the staff did a wonderful job of making things right for us by comping us one night and reducing rates on the remainder of the stay. The staff was exceeding friendly and upon a return to Junction City I would definitely stay at this Hampton and will refer others to this hotel.
