Smooth check-in and check-out process. Very fast. Front office staff are very well trained and efficient. Hotel just next door to JB City Square Mall. Very convenient to look for food after even after midnight. As there are lots of 24hrs restaurants around the area. You won't be hungry.... LOL. Oh yes, there also a barber shop downstairs
