Great stay near OR Tambo

The hotel is fairly new and the staff is amazing; shout out to Nokuthula and Nontobeko, they provided impeccable service. Radisson also provide shuttle bus from and to OR Tambo Airport which makes it very convenient. I look forward to my next stay in this clean, convenient and secure place. There is also a shopping centre within a stone-throw which has a grocery store, a pharmacy, pizza place and ATMs in a very secure location.

Travelers should be aware that the shuttle runs on every half passed from the airport and not on the hour as communicated by hotel. While the facilities are adequate the Sky bar outside area needs a lot of TL - Painting, dangerous empty voids where plants were are not great next to a 5 story drop. Plane to stay at the hotel as the surrounding area is not safe or inviting.

Numerous issues occurred after checkin. No information was in the room on how to contact reception or room service. Hot water was unavailable for about two hours. Access to the executive lounge was not available with my room key. I made five trips to reception to try to address these issues. They suggested that I bathe at an adjacent property, across a dark parking lot. As I could not find a way to contact room service, I went without dinner. Very disappointing experience. The spa was fine, aside from not answering their phone. I had to personally visit to book an appointment. These communication problems need resolving.

System error lead to double booking date

There was system error made me to have double paid booking.i complain with the staff to inform the manager to cancel and refund one of the book.they promise to do soo.after I left they refuse to refund me back.u send mail and they refuse to pick my call or return my mail or refund my money. I stay in this hotel only request for the second booking system erro made on my name the same day.the manager is not be friendly or been consistent with us words

The room was clean and neat, the bed was comfortable. The restaurant was spacious and the food was good, especially the breakfast the staff was friendly, however I was surprised that the breakfast wasn’t included with my stay!

Hotel is advertized as airport hotel but is 10km/15min drive away from airport in an industrial area with no shops, restaurants, or anything noteworthy. The hotel is ok. Supposedly only 5 years old but already showing some signs of either wear and tear or just bad design. It should not be hard to find better options to stay.

For me, this was a good option after flying in from Canada and landing late at night. Spent a day there to recover. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There's a little shopping center right across the street as well.

I really enjoyed my stay. Clean and friendly staff. I just didn’t like that there were birds in the dining area and they were all over the food and the staff didn’t seem to mind.
