Cama muito confortável e travesseiro ótimo. Mas o quarto tinha uma infiltração, no qual tivemos que usar algumas toalhas e só foram ver a situação no dia seguinte, já na nossa saída. O check in é bem demorado, mas pior foi o check out, só para alguém ir lá ver se havia algum consumo. Ah! Um elevador só e pequeno para a quantidade de quartos e tivemos que descer com as malas na mão, pq na saída estava quebrado. Café da manhã ok, apesar da quantidade de gente.

Satisfatório, mas não achei um bom custo-benefício

Achei boa a estadia, mas pelo preço eu já fiquei em lugares melhores e com mais espaço. A janela ficava bem na cabeceira, então entrava luz logo pela manhã, box do banheiro pequeno e limpeza não achei 100%, após o serviço que solicitamos ainda ficaram cabelos no chão. A cama é confortável e a localização é muito boa! Sobre o café da manhã, as opções para quem tem restrições de leite são os pedidos de tapioca, ovo no azeite e cuscuz, não há opções no buffet, apenas as solicitações e as frutas.

A estadia não foi como esperava. A estrutura do hotel, até que é legal, possui espaço para home office, tem piscina, restaurante, cafeteria, porém o que realmente é importante para uma estadia mínima e para um hóspede comum, deixa a desejar demais! Quando solicitei toalha, demorou mais de 1 hora para levarem ao quarto. No banheiro, tinha um difusor com mofo, um cheio horrível. O utensílio para pendurar toalha quase despencando. O chuveiro eu não sei o que acontecia que algumas vezes demorava muito para conseguir esquentar. No café da manhã, voce percebe que os funcionários são sobrecarregados, existem poucos e não conseguem dar conta dos pedidos e você tem muitas limitações para os ingredientes para uma tapioca, por exemplo. Num geral, percebe-se que o hotel precisa dar mais atenção a estrutura dos quartos e condições para atender melhor aos hóspedes. Esperava mais.
