The staff was amazing. It has what looks like Ai check after 8.. Turns out it’s a real person who is helping remotely.. wasn’t a huge fan of this feature but it’s not terrible.. The Staff is amazing. The owner is kind of brass but not rude. Just plain & direct. Depending on the room, “Our” in room amenities are going out. I was here with other coworkers. Our AC had a terrible terrible smell & I was getting respiratory issues in our room. My coworkers room smelt like burnt cigarettes only when the fan or ac was on.. The Microwave worked but was a cheaper model no turn table. Our Fridge was going out. The fridge was sweating water 24/7 & my coworkers fridge worked great but the freezer didn’t work. We were here for 4 weeks. Would definitely return. I would just want a different room. I Talked with other people here traveling for work and the rooms were nice but hit and miss on the ac & amenities. So if you eat out & AC was in good shape, no complaints.
