Our stay at The Laureate Key West was absolutely amazing! The resort is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well maintained. It’s a charming place in a perfect location, close to everything Key West has to offer. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. We stayed in a spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom suite with a fully equipped kitchen, which was perfect for our family. Waking up to the ocean view every morning and watching the breathtaking sunsets every evening was truly unforgettable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend The Laureate Key West to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable vacation!

Nice. The ability to stay a night or a week. The room we booked had a small semi-full (Good size fridge, two eye glass top burner, plates and such) kitchen which would be perfect if you are there for work or for play. If you are looking for a continental breakfast, this is not the place for you. However, fresh fruit and coffee is available in the mornings, and there is more than plenty of choices of resturaunts around.

I wanted to share my honest experience during my recent stay at your hotel. From the beginning, things were frustrating—the front desk failed to provide an active key band for the doors, requiring me to return just to get it activated. There was no elevator available for our luggage, which made things even more difficult. When I asked questions, the staff didn’t look up or engage properly and just gave short answers. After I told one staff member the place felt like a dump and that her customer service was unacceptable, she finally looked up, but then immediately looked away again. When I requested a different room because the door wouldn’t lock securely, I was flatly denied and a security guard was sent to my room to help me lock the door. I understand the hotel may have been full, however, that uncaring attitude was a huge number 0 rating. My interactions with the staff were rough at best. My family and I had two rooms, so we tried to make the best of the situation. I avoided the front desk after that until I saw my bill and noticed there was a car charge for both rooms—when we only had one car! I had to go back downstairs to get that corrected. On a positive note, I truly appreciated the bartender by the pool and on the ocean. They were the highlight of my stay and honestly kept me from leaving early — I was ready to check out the next day. Their attitude was over the time and we truly enjoyed them . I hope this feedback helps improve your service going forward.
