BEWARE — UNAUTHORIZED HOTEL CHARGE My credit card was charged for a two-night hotel stay that I did NOT book. I contacted the hotel and tried to get the charge corrected, but the manager and staff were completely unhelpful and refused to refund my card. Because the hotel would not take responsibility for the charge, I had no choice but to dispute it directly through my credit card company. This was an extremely frustrating experience. If a customer is telling you they did not authorize or make a booking, the appropriate response should be to investigate the situation and help resolve it — not refuse to assist and leave the customer to deal with the credit card company. I would strongly recommend checking your credit card statement carefully after staying here or booking through a third party. Based on my experience, I will absolutely never stay at this hotel again.

No water bottle in room thats basic thing alteast on summer time really need or still my security amount not back my account

I have stayed here in the past and totally forgot that I didn't want to return. Unfortunately, it was the exact same experience. This hotel is like a maze; it is exhausting just getting to your room, and you'll be lucky if you don't get lost. I was given horrible directions to my room and ended up lugging all my belongings plus a dog in a kennel because there is no elevator to the floor I was on. The lady at the front desk told me to go through the pool entrance, but there are no signs indicating which door to take. The hotel is old, poorly maintained, and features very old, worn-out tables and furniture in the rooms. There are so many better options in the area for the same price or better than what I paid. No, we will not stay here again.
