This is my favourite hotel to stay in Edmonton. The staff are so, so helpful and friendly. The rooms are pleasant, and you get good views - in some cases, excellent views. Ask for a room with a view when booking. Everything was neat and clean. The hotel being downtown is so central to all the places I needed to visit. I highly recommend Chateau LaCombe.

Hi there, this is my first time in Edmonton and this is my second motel on my trip from July 11 to July 18. I rented this room for two days at the Edmonton convention center. I left after the first night because my little boy got cut on his wrist by the pool when he put his arms up to call me over the pool he got cut because there's a sharp piece of metal right from the ground by the pool not covered no cautions no nothing so we left. It's dirty in there on their seating areas. I have pictures. The rugs are lifting. I went to go do an incident report. I don't recommend this and the pictures that are on Expedia are not the same accommodations and comfort inside there at all find yourself a different room different place. The pool in the hot tub aren't even as is on the picture. It's so dingy in there. Please don't go there. Find a new place. and I'm a person to give stars because I love going to places seeing things but this place doesn't even get any from me.

The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. I just hotels would let us know if your room is a pet room. My husband and I had an allergic reaction to the room because it was a pet room. No place when I made the reservation did it say there was pet rooms and non pet rooms
