I was surprised at the state of the property considering the prices. Our room was very musty and damp. We also had insects… i didn’t look close enough to tell you the species but they weren’t ants.

This stay was amazing. We just did a mini get away for our first time in Rhode Island and not only are we in love with the state but also the apartment was amazing we didn’t want to leave. Everything was cleaned and up to par the building was quiet and clean as well. Check in and out was effortless. We cannot wait to come back and book again! Thank you so much!

Clean room in a very nice area and in a walking distance from Brown University.

Overpriced hotel we booked during Labor Day weekend. It feels like an elevated motel but amenities were definitely not on par with a 4 star hotel. However, the people on the desk was nice and helpful.

Perfect stay in a great location. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was amazing . So convenient to have parking onsite and included.
