Great location, friendly staff, comfortable and clean room 🙂

The room was very clean but got humid/hot very fast. Not sure exactly what we were doing wrong with a/c unit, but it would shut off and room would warm up fast. Be advised that while they do disclose there is no formal hotel designated parking, there are a couple parking structures/LAZ parking nearby. Also depending on how late it is, you may be able to find some spots on a few side streets or down the street a bit.

Veru expensive, very big and confusing hotel. Staff slow, limited coffee shop, restaurent, dirty room with no proper ac system. Very unpleasant stay

The place was beautiful, and the staff was amazing. Only minor complaints we had were- there was no mini fridge in our room (not a deal breaker but was kind of annoying). The long curtains covered the AC so it made it pointless to use and it got really hot in there overnight. Also our room was on the street side and it was so loud all through the night from people walking by/being out there so I didn’t sleep at all.
