The staff went above and beyond to be accommodating, the pool was very clean and well maintained, the rooms were comfortable and roomy, and the breakfast was incredible with farm fresh eggs, homemade biscuits, gravy, and sausage patties.

They don’t bring any clean towel or Throw trash each day. I asked for clean towels and never got any. I had to gather my own trash and take it to the house keepers

I've made the comment several times that a property is in need of remodeling. Well this was undergoing a remodel. For getting new carpet, painting and other upgrades it was still a pleasant stay. They do need to get an independant consultant to do punch lists on completed rooms to keep contractor honest. Just being nitpicky but if you are paying for a service you should get it. There were paint smudges on the walls, fire sprinkler was still taped over, and several tiles in bathroom are pulling away from wall. While doing construction make sure part of your contractors daily routine is to spray for bugs, they are going to run and come out of the woodwork during construction. To bad we will not be staying here again, apparently they will no longer except pets after remodel.

Enjoy my stay at the Lovington inn every time I stay with them. Excellent service every time and understanding.
