The room smelled so bad! we had no other options so that's why we booked here...never again.

When I arrived the lobby reeked of sewage. Next day there was obvious maintenance crew working on lobby bathrooms. After checkout, I noticed I had been over charged $300 for a three night stay. My mother was in the ICU at a nearby hospital so the stay was unplanned and already a travel expense that I was financially strained to make. When I called to get it corrected there was confusion by desk agents as to what charges actually were. I was never offered a receipt at checkout and ended up having to travel five hours all the way back to get one! It took eight days for them to correct a $300 mistake, which posed a significant inconvenience!!

Showed up at 2am and the staff was friendly. Appreciate the fast check in process.

All was good. Will stay here again.
