It was ok for the price

Os chalé é maravilhoso. É nítido que pensaram em cada detalhe pra que o ambiente fosse extramamente acolhedor e pra que os hóspedes ficassem confortáveis e à vontade! Fizeram um trabalho incrível!

The room was simple, which is fine fornthe price. But the safety lock on the door didn't work. Rooma was clean, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not worth stopping by

Everything to do with the staff was very good. Internet connection wasn’t working and most of the times I wasn’t able to communicate with people outside of the country. I think it’s very good for local tourism or Brazilians businesses travel. Breakfast fruit juices had sugar added which is for the likes of Brazilians. They love sugar!

All great

Small, but nice hotel with very friendly staff and excellent service. Some of the rooms are a little worn out and in need of renovation. Asides from that it was a great experience beginning to end!

Staff was great, attentive and responsive. Property was clean, in a central location and comfortable. The only star I left off was there was no instruction on how to use the steam room and sauna without finally asking for help.

Great value for the money. Nice and professional staff!
