Exceptional breakfast. Dated décor in property. Italian restaurant was fine. Staff was nice and helpful. The ATM in reception is a rip off with fees, don't use it

The air conditioning made an annoying noise that prevented a good night's sleep. There was a lot of noise in the hallway—guests running around and talking loudly well into the night. The staff—both at the front desk and at the poolside restaurant—were not friendly. We went for breakfast a little past 9:00, but many of the dishes were empty.

The kids amenities here are next level!

Best hotel in Brazil. Great service, great food, awesome accommodations, beautiful ambience and remarkable attention to detail! In love with this place :)

The property was beautiful well kept. Close to airport and mall shopping area. The only problem was they advertise shuttle transportation to airport when we left I said I needed to go to airport they said wait 3 min and a car came once dropped off at airport they charged us. So they have to be clear with that. Breakfast WAS UNREAL big selection clean unreal. Best ever! Easy check in -
