I recently stayed at The Superior Living Batışehir hotel for a month, and I must say, everything about my experience was absolutely fantastic. The level of service, cleanliness, and professionalism exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, always ensuring that I was comfortable and satisfied throughout my stay. ‏The restaurant service was equally impressive—every meal was delicious, fresh, and prepared to perfection. I found myself ordering from their menu daily because the quality was consistently excellent. ‏I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Cihan and Mr. Barış for their exceptional hospitality. Their kind and attentive approach truly made my stay even more memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, and I greatly appreciate their efforts. ‏I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. This property was sufficient for a one-night stay in proximity of IST airport. It was felt that this was a short-term stay property, and not a hotel. Property is in a busy area, and arrival could be better organized.

Amazing and clean rooms, lobby is very clean and smells good and a nice pool. The staff were super helpful and very friendly especially Emre,Furkan and Veysel who helped us through out our stay. One negative part of our stay is the Lebanese restaurant. The food is great but the manager cheated me, I paid him 100 US dollars. . It’s not a big deal but I don’t like when someone takes advantage of me. . We were eating there breakfast lunch and dinner. After that day I never went in there again. He lost my business over 200 liters. He would have made way more than that in the 3 weeks we stayed in the hotel. Overall and amazing stay and a great place to feel like home. I still gave the hotel 5 stars because they deserve it. But that restaurant doesn’t!
