Very very helpful staff . Room size is big when compared to other rooms in Istanbul. The staff is very accommodating. I had a sick child they helped us with an early check in and also guided us where to go around in the city

The hotel itself is very clean and organized. Amazing staff, very helpful and friendly. They would do anything to make sure their guests are happy and comfortable. However, the area where the hotel is located is not a good neighborhood. I didn’t feel safe at night in this area and it’s also a steep hill to walk to transportations. Moreover, during my stay there was some building renovations in the area which causes noise during daytimes.

The stay at the hotel was wonderful and beautiful. The workers are very nice, respectful and experienced. Mahmoud is a respectful person who loves to help, and Omar is a respectful person who does not hesitate to serve and help. The lady who works in the morning is very respectful and elegant. I loved the place and I advise everyone not to hesitate to book and stay in this comfortable and very clean hotel. Thank you for the help and service. See you soon. I am from Canada, Toronto. The stay was 7 days. I loved the place and I loved staying in Türkiye as well.

The hotel itself was decent, and the reception staff were friendly and accommodating. However, there is room for improvement in the cleaning services and breakfast staff. Although breakfast was scheduled to start at 8 AM according to hotel policy, it was never ready on time. We consistently had to wait 30–40 minutes. Overall, the hotel wasn’t too bad, but there’s definitely a need for some enhancements to the hotel’s management and services.

Affordable Stay

The place is good and affordable and the staff are friendly but i didn't have a comfortable sleep as the rooms are not sound proof and there were people talking loudly in the room next door until 3am. Fortunately after my complaint the hotel people stopped them but then got woken up on the sound of construction work next door early morning (eventhough it was Sunday)

I highly recommend this hotel. As another review stated, it looks much better in person than in photos which rarely happens in Türkiye. We travelled for three weeks in Türkiye and tried to keep our accommodation cost on the lower side. This hotel was by far the best we stayed in. The staff are amazing and so helpful. The breakfast is the same every day but it’s lovely. The hotel is newly renovated and clean. It’s a short but steep uphill walk to Taksim. As long as you are in reasonable shape you’ll be fine. It’s only really steep for the first half of the walk. Starbucks is also across the street. If I come back to Istanbul I’ll definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Hotel

This was a beautiful hotel, one easily top of the range within Taksim. The guys were very nice, helpful and caring. They provided us with all the facilities we needed immediately upon request, and also sorted out a baby cot. The room was spotless, toilets clean and they would come regularly to maintain it. This is definitely a must, honestly it's worth it.

The guys at Meridiani were brilliant, courteous, respectful and to top it up extremely caring. The rooms were clean and modern, they looked 100 times better in real life. Me and my family loved our stay. We would book again.
