The hotel was perfect in every way — clean, and the staff were very kind. I just want to kindly suggest one thing: although it wasn’t a problem for me personally, I believe the kitchen staff should wear gloves.

Otele girişimizden itibaren her çalışan ayrı ayrı çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Hızlıca eksiksiz bir şekilde odamıza yerleştirildik.oda büyüklüğü yeterliydi ,temizliğinde hiç bir sorun yoktu ve gerekli herşey temin edilmişti. Sabah kahvaltısı çok seçenekli ve lezzetli, açık büfede olmayan bir ürünü söylediğinizde çalışanlar hemen yardımcı olup temin etmeye çalışıyorlar. Spa ve havuz kısmı güzel ve temiz. Beklentimizi fazlasıyla karşılayan bir otel. Tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ediyorum.

It is a great hotel.. breakfast is great.. the ladies who cook omelete are awesome.. and very helpful.. Ilyada , Ebrar and Elif... The rooms are spacious clean and fancy... the staff of fhe front desk and the valet are great too.. Will for sure be coming back

Radisson and the entire staff made our stay very safe, comfortable, and super convenient for our needs. Each and every single person we interacted with, received support and guidance from during the entire stay made it a wonderful experience. The bellboy and support squad were always the ones in the lobby and outside, ready to help right away. Big thank you to Mert, Atakan, Koray and all others as well. The cleaning staff, amazing. They were so kind and humble to care for our place, each and every day. Bringing the newest sheets and best room replenishments I've seen in Türkiye so far. Big thank you to Zeynep, Tuğba, and all others that supported during our stay. On a daily basis, we were greeted by kind, smiley and generous staff at the front desk. Huge thank you to Safiye who was the kind young woman that assisted us from day one, until the end. Kübra, and many of the other staff alike. Elif in the gym, the women and men who check in to help with all amenities of fitness and the pool, were very kind and supportive. Every visit. Each and every single individual made it the best experience ever, and this location absolutely lives up to it's standard as a Radisson Hospitality hub, owning up to the Carlson name and legacy.
