I think this property is mostly like Hotel-Apartment. Staff were pretty much friendly and helpful also the area and everything was perfectly clean and well organized. Rooms were somehow small but for a 4 star hotel and the price we booked, it was good. Generally recommended

I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and greeted us with a sweet touch of hospitality, offering traditional chocolates upon arrival. Check-in was smooth, and the room was clean and comfortable. The amenities, especially breakfast, were enjoyable and well-maintained. The location is convenient, with quick access to local attractions and dining options. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfort, and value.

All staff were amazing and very helpful/professional and friendly. The breakfast was alright and the hotel itself was very clean and aesthetic. The immediate local area was a bit run down but was only a short walk to the bus and metro. I am sure not all rooms are the same, but I could barely fit on my toilet due to the position of it next to the wall and shower. Overall, was a good stay and the staff are running the place really well.

Good hotel and staff, I will give them 4 stars for two reasons. 1. The sauna and spa are open only from 12 pm to 11, so if you have plans to use early in the morning or late at nights you won’t be able to. 2. The AC is so weak it takes forever to cool the room down, especially if you like your room on the cooler side.

I had an amazing stay at Gleam Bomonti Hotel. Mohammad at reception was especially welcoming and kind, and all the boys at reception were really helpful throughout my visit. It was my first time in Istanbul and I don’t speak any Turkish, but the staff made everything easy and stress-free. Anything I asked for was sorted out very quickly.
