Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room view was terrible, facing another building. The hotel and service were far from a five-star hotel experience. The second shift reception staff were rude and unhelpful, which ruined the stay. Hengameh at the front desk was polite and tried to help, but even with her assistance, it could not make up for the overall bad experience.

The hotel has one of the best locations and offers excellent service with the most professional and fast staff you can find in Istanbul. The overall experience was great, and the service was outstanding. My only note is about the breakfast — it was not very well organized, and not everything was available. If you go down about half an hour before closing, most of the items are already finished.

From the moment we arrived, the service was nonstop – attentive, friendly, and always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was absolutely outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that made every morning a treat. The quality and selection were beyond our expectations. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality.
