I would not recommend this hotel, I’ve stayed at many five star hotels and this is 100% not a five star hotel, maybe it was 15 years ago, but not today.
To start off I’d like to say all the staff are lovely and great.
1) First night we checked in, me and my wife got a room with two double beds pushed together. We couldn’t sleep all night as the centre of the beds kept dipping and splitting. Additionally, I hurt myself on the headboard as it dips in the middle. The duvet was also too small.
2) The second the day, reception finally moved me into the right room. This time the A/C doesn’t work. Again with no sleep or rest, we had to deal with it for another 24 hours until they finally moved us again. They said the AC system is old and on some of the floors not good. Not an issue you should face in a five star hotel.
3) 3rd day, we moved into a room with working AC and correct bed. This time there is no shower, just a bath. It did had a shower head but it was broken. After telling reception they suggested they move us again. But this time we had no sleep, wasted 30% of our holiday and tired from the nonsense. So we decided to accept that there is no fully working shower and deal with it.
4) Out of the 10 days, our room was only cleaned twice. Even after multiple complaints, house keeping don’t the clean rooms. The two times they did clean the room, we were left with dirty towels and missing towels. They had changed the beds with dirty bedding with stains on the duvet cover. N
