My experience was very disappointing. The staff member at the front was rude, and the customer service overall was very poor. To make matters worse, I was not given the key for the room I had reserved and had to wait for one hour. The only positive part of my experience was the assistant manager, who was very helpful and professional.
The location was perfect for our family as we were attending a party in mission viejo. It was a 10 min uber drive away!

There was a bit of a delay in getting our room ready on time, we waited 30 extra minutes, but other than that it was smooth sailing! The assistant manager of the property was so kind, so attentive and friendly, we felt right at home.
The hotel is inside a shopping center full of different dining options! The people at the front desk are friendly! The hotel is nice and clean and our room is great. If we are ever in Irvine again, this is definitely where we will be staying at.
I had a very terrible experience here in this hotel, not willing for me or any of my company employees to come again .
The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Grymm ( front desk receptionist) called us and said if you don’t show up in few minutes we will throw your stuff out of the room for no reason . We had reservations for 2 nights ! The hotel receptionist was extremely aggressive and rude . Also what was claimed to be hot Buffett breakfast turns out to be just toast with no cheese or butter or even coffee when asked the front desk they mentioned that the kitchen staff did not show up !!!
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and they even had ESPN for the UFC fights. But aside from that, there is many food options within a walkable distance. We will definitely be staying there for the next comedy show.
Staff was super friendly, helpful. Rooms were clean and very spacious. The only negative was that the keys we had to use to open our rooms did not work to re-enter from the outside patio so we had to constantly walk around to the front desk entrance which was very inconvienient. If they fixed that I would have given five stars.
