We couldn’t get into our cabin unit right away, because they were short cleaning staff. One of the 3 TVs wasn’t connected correctly, so didn’t use & the other 2 requires us to switch cables around. The cabin itself was great & just what we needed! I understand it’s owned by Wyndham, so they should be investing in keeping it up & well-run.

It appears that management has been lacking, the employees are working hard but appear to be overworked. Cleaning throughout the property needs to be addressed, the carpet in our room was stained and dirty, dust was apparent throughout the room. Only 1 desk chair no other seat, when asked if something could be done to get a second chair we were told we could carry one from the breakfast area which was downstairs from our room!

Clean rooms and great variety of breakfast foods.

The checkin process was lengthy. Property was not kept up. The manager asked us to pray with him which made us feel very uncomfortable.
