Disappointed in our stay here. We had laundry to wash, but was unable to dry it due to broken dryer and other one being used. Instead of accommodating us we had to pack our wet laundry to bring home out of province. Myself and my two young children were also outside to use the pool, which we had to get the net ourselves to get bugs and other things out of the pool. We we told it closed at 9, we were late checking in and made it to the pool around 8:15. By 8:30, two men came to us to say the pool was closing and to finish up. It was so uncomfortable overall and not a pleasant last day to our family vacation.

Older property. Travelling solo and felt safe. Room smelled of febreeze, turned off a/c and smell went away. Location was perfect, which is why I chose it!

The bed was the noisiest bed I have ever heard….. every move sounded like loud bag of chips being crunched….terrible sleeping… Also the 4 bedposts were wobbling evertime one of us moved during the night…. Furniture needs an upgrade or some tender loving care.

⭐ 1/5 — Very Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, our two-night stay was extremely disappointing. The hallways and rooms had a very strong, unpleasant smell, and the hallway carpet looked old, dirty, and badly in need of replacement. Overall, this property felt much more like a poorly maintained motel than a hotel. There is no elevator, so we had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs to the third floor, which was extremely inconvenient. Inside the room, several things appeared broken or in need of repair, and the beds made noise whenever we moved. The windows could not be opened, which made the unpleasant smell in the room even more difficult to deal with. We also had serious concerns about cleanliness. We encountered what appeared to be bed bugs, and there were not enough towels provided. We stayed for two nights, but the manager refused our request to have the room serviced. The breakfast was also extremely disappointing. We were given only a very small portion of scrambled eggs and one piece of toast. When we politely asked for another piece of toast, the staff member responded rudely that only one piece of toast was included. What made the experience worse was the attitude of the staff. We did not feel that our concerns were handled professionally or respectfully. This property needs significant attention to cleanliness, maintenance, customer service, carpeting, room amenities, and overall upkeep. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again and cannot rec
