I was here for 2 nights for a Fever game. Close enough to walk to the arena but only street parking is free. Hotel charged $30./night( in/out privileges). Hotel seems newer and styled like a European hotel. Rooms are bigger but no enclosed closet in the room or shelf in the bathroom. My stay was more “ efficient “ than “comfortable “. For one overnight I may return but not for longer.

A Great Stay

Loved the breakfast, a wide variety of choices offered. Great lobby with ample seating area for many people. Room had lots of storage and was modern. The location was a short walk from the downtown area which was very convenient, close but not too close. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

Decent hotel

Stay was pretty good, nice location close to everything downtown. FYI they charge 30/day for parking. The breakfast was decent. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Indianapolis.

Poor air conditioning

Apparently room has energy efficient ac the room never went below 73 degrees when it was 90 degrees outside. Not good for people with allergies and asthma. Very disappointing that room temperature was extremely uncomfortable. The front desk person actually came to the room when I complained and explained about the ac only works when you’re in the room. Apparently they have had several complaints so people should be warned at check in. If this is the way Hilton is going I will not book another Hilton property! Energy efficient but the fan ran constantly and did absolutely nothing. The lobby was nice and cool but room was stifling. Again very disappointing and would definitely not stay here again! Also when I did call the front desk I was on hold for over 8 minutes! I don’t recommend which is a shame because the hotel was nice except for this major issue!
