A very nice property with a great complementary breakfast and a lovely area to walk behind the hotel. The gym is also quite nice. This was my second year in a row staying at this hotel, and I will be back.

I love this location since it is only a mile from where I have a meeting tomorrow. It's usually a very nice experience. Today they are falling a little short. The shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were not refilled with product, rather just filled with water so didn’t really do the job. Not the best cleaning. Hair (someone else's) was on the shower walls and bathroom floor. Even though my room is nearly at the end of the hall, there are kids running up and down the hall and slamming doors. I've stayed here before with no issues so this is not the norm, but I am a bit disappointed with this stay.

Our stay here was a godsend! My sister and I were traveling with six kids across the country and we had booked another hotel to stop overnight. That other hotel was infested with bedbugs and staying there was not an option. We easily found same night availability here and felt like we hit the jackpot! It was so clean, so safe and exactly what we needed. The breakfast was very impressive, the soap products in the shower were luxurious and the property was gorgeous! Thank you so much for saving our night that started out as a disaster

Great bed and bathroom. Refrigerator did not work (even after being instructed to use button to turn it on). Bolt in door caused difficulty in closing door each time we left the room. It also would have been nice to have instructions in the room re: use of television (it took forever to scroll down to finally find Turner Classic Movies and CNN). Toilet flushing was ridiculously LOUD. From snacks to room rates, everything at this facility was overpriced. Staff were exceptionally friendly and capable.

This hotel is very convenient for me as my company office is walkable from the hotel. I love the lake behind the hotel as it offers a nice place to get my steps in and enjoy fresh air.
