The construction was going on in the building. We didn't have problem with the noise. We had problem with the toilet. The maintenance got it fixed in 2 hours

Huge room that makes you feel as if its home away from home. The crammed feeling always gives the feeling of cluter in typical hotels. The room is modern, clean and very comfortable. I usually never sleep well on the first night of travel but i knocked out cold in the covers.

i was able to get 2 pack and plays for the babies to sleep in the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful the morning I checked in I was suppose to be there at 11 pm and didn't get in til 3 and he was very kind. the place was very clean and all considering it was under renovations I will stay again when I come back up that way

We like this facility and use it often. We like the breakfast and the staff. Building is being renovated so we understand the mess. Our only concern is the staff is terribly overworked. We see the same desk staffing the early morning and late at night.

The only thing that we are very disappointed at is that we requested housekeeping for 2 days straight and ONE ONE came. We asked and we were told it was a mistake and they would fix it BUT NEVER DID. We never had anyone come and clean our room nor replenish any toiletries or towels or made our bed. Very disappointed at that.

The room was great, everything was new. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only 2 issues were the really loud bathroom exhaust fan. Having done remodeling myself I could tell it was a cheap model. The other they are working on fixing which is only being able to program 1 key per room. That and the remodeling they are doing should be fixed for my visit next year.

The property itself was decent for the most part, aesthetically. The property is also undergoing renovations that I was not informed of until after I had secured my booking. There was no pool, no spa, and every time I left my room, I had to go to the front desk to receive a new room key because the keys kept getting canceled out. That is unacceptable, and embarrassing when you have to go to the front desk in the middle of the night, because your key doesn't work.

The grounds were very unkept and dirty... Cigarette butts and a trash on property and in the parking lot... The room was nice and I did enjoy my stay.... I have stayed at other Residence Inns and there grounds were very neat and maintained so you knew they really took pride in that...
