Stayed for one night for an event held at Lucas Oil Stadium. We chose this hotel for its good reviews, easy access to the interstate and for the price. We were happy to be able to check in early to get a little rest before going to the event. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Hotel and room both clean. We will stay here again when travel Indianapolis.

Great place, but bad experience

Although I love this hotel and there are many perks to it, my AC was not working. When I called the front desk about it, they said there was nothing they could do....it was almost 73 degrees. I am sad that after having good experiences this one was not. I will be re-thinking staying here in the future.

Lost lots of sleep

I will start with the positives. Checking in was super easy and staff were friendly. The Hanger 58 bar and grill was nice. We did not eat as we had already had dinner but sat at the bar to have drinks. Bartender was friendly and efficient. Bar and tables were busy on a Saturday evening. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and pillows were alittle soft for me. As for the negatives, our room was #601, end of hallway which faced the highway which you could hear cars all night long. The room was also next to the stairwell that people actually used on the 6th floor and you could hear the door open and close every time someone used it. Our door to the room didn’t close properly and had to really pull it shut to make sure it locked before you left. 3am there were a group of people that decided to go to there room which was across the hall from us. They were loud and played music till about 4:30am. A call was made to the front desk but didn’t seem to help. And let’s just say the walls were thin as you could hear “intimacy” going on till about 5:15am. Needless to say, not much sleep that evening for anyone!

The property was nice and clean the staff was great. I just have one issue with my stay, I was informed that I would not get my deposit or incident fee for over week I find that to be outrageous considering you took my money instantly that the only issue I had and probably would not stay there again

This hotel sits right next to a highway which is extremely noisy. Each room is provided earplugs without request as I imagine its a known issue for the hotel. If you don't normally sleep with earplugs and have a hard time passing out with noise in the environment, definitely don't stay here. Everything else was great however and this review would be a 5 star if it wasn't for the fact that it was impossible to sleep.

I travel a lot and this was the second worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Among other things, hot water handle didn’t work, shampoo and body wash empty, and light by tv didn’t work.
