The hotel was fine. I found the odor a bit off putting, the water only got warm, and room service didn’t come to give new towels or make beds while we were out. Stains and dirt on the door

Shower curtain doesn’t stay closed, bathtubs looked dirty. Pillows were square, like they took throw pillows and put pillow cases on them. Air conditioner works perfectly! There was broken glass out on the parking lot. Front desk attendant was very friendly.

The room did appear to have been cleaned, but the job they did was subpar. The floor in the bathroom was sticky, there was gum on the inside of the lamp, etc. The beds appeared clean and it was late, so we decided to stay. There were no towels provided in the rooms (just hand towels), and there was no extra blanket in the room. When we asked for an extra blanket, it took about 45 minutes for one to be delivered to our room. It smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, so we didn't use it. The breakfast in the morning was better than your average hotel breakfast, but items were not easy to find (napkins, cups for waffle batter, etc.). Front desk staff was helpful and polite, but not always easy to understand. Overall, we won't be staying here again.

Everything about the hotel was superb!! The girl at the front desk should do hotel seminars on how to be an awesome front desk associate!! Only bad thing was the loud running up and down the halls late at night but it did eventually stop each night pretty quickly.

Did not like the $100 charge on credit card "for incidentals" in addition to room rate. Supposedly this will be refunded in 5-7 days. Room was clean enough, beds comfortable. Breakfast met the need but not very good.

You get what you pay for.

Water takes a while to heat up. Pretty much so-so. Needed more towels and a hairdryer (ours was broken and started smoking) and were told 10 minutes. 45 minutes later we call down and there was no answer.

Bedding was not washed (had stains, hairs, and dirt inside sheets and on blankets and pillows). Very noisy while trying to sleep. Someone was blasting their car radio at 3am. The latch lock on our room door was ripped off, so we could'nt properly lock our door.
