The guy working the front desk when I checked in was dealing with a particularly aggressive patron. He handled it with class and was killing him with kindness. He also could not have been nicer to me either or more helpful. He should be given a raise.

The staff is good. The breakfast provided a lot of options, but the room is smelly when I entered. The insulation is not good. I could hear noise came from the rooms nearby or the hallway. The air conditioner was so loud that I had to turned it off when I slept. This was the worse Hampton Inn that I lived in the past.

Nice Hotel

Great staff. Plenty of parking. Clean and quiet. It is a bit far from downtown where the sports arenas are, so there may be some traffic. But if you want to be a little further away and drive in, this is for you. It is right off the highway.
