Horrible Stay!

My stay was horrible the room was dirty and things needed to be fixed and they kept saying it was nothing they could do because I booked 3rd party i had to clean the bathroom my self and sweetie floor I had to ask for cleaning products as well the front desk manager Hunter kept saying he was going to do something or check into it and he didn’t instead they kept passing my complaints around to each staff but yet no one ever cleaned the bathroom or did they try then on check they say we gave you tons of Hilton points but that’s it cause you booked 3rd party.
The housekeeping lady gave me cleaning stuff to clean myself
This drain had food particles and pencil shavings in it
Not sure why that was left like that
Those spots were blood from previous people and they told me maybe it was cleaning stuff
