I did not like coming into your hotel, and not knowing that the hot tub and swimming pool was not in use when I paid my 161 in advance for a room which promised a hot tub and pool to be working And then you told me I have to go to your other hotel, which was 20 miles away, and after driving six hours I was not gonna drive anymore, and I was expecting maybe a refund of my money or portion of it for not having all your accommodations ready for me all saw your exhaust fan in the bathroom Did not work
