Very good

I have stayed here numerous times and it is always wonderful. The hotel is well maintained and the staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. The mall is within walking distance, and there are two nearby outdoor food courts.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property and room were very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was very good. Rooms do not have a coffee maker. There is a coffee maker in the lobby, but you either have to make your own pot of coffee or you can buy a coffee pod to make a cup of coffee.

Our stay at the Factoria Hotel was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had as a family! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the pool (although cold!) is a refreshing and serene escape. The outstanding included breakfast was a highlight. Eggs and coffee made to order served with yogurt, granola, fruit, fresh squeezed juice varieties, and the most delicious breads and pastries. Our son is gluten free and they made him feel special with an equally delicious variety of pastries. Thank you Factoria Hotel! This has been the highlight of our vacation.
