The front staffs were excellent. A very nice hotel that provided VIP shuttle service from the hotel to the airport in such a luxurious bus. What a wonderful surprise to have recived welcoming drinks , complementary sauna access and 20% discount on dinner buffet with my VIP reservation. Since the hotel is near the airport, it was wise to use the hotel restaurant for food. With the 20% discount voucher, the price for three adult was about $100.00. It was a little bit of a drive going to the hotel using taxi from the Chinatown, near Incheon staion in Incheon. But if you don't want the stress of getting in to the airport using the public transportation, I highly recommend this place. The 5 minute ride from the hotel with guaranteed free shuttle service was the best.

Very close to airport. Clean rooms, shampoo and conditioner provided, and there’s a mini eMart in the lobby to buy snacks. The shuttle is convenient but make sure you check the schedule beforehand.

Very close to the airport and very convenient if you have a long layover and need a place to sleep. Very clean and they have separate shuttles to terminal 1 and terminal 2. Free airport shuttle is available from 5 AM-10:30 PM for drop-off/pickup at Incheon International Airport Terminal 1, and from 5 AM-10:45 PM for drop-off/pickup at Incheon International Airport Terminal 2. If your flight arrives at 10:30PM, you will need to take an uber taxi to the hotel which is about 5 minutes away. Cannot walk to the hotel from the airport. Shuttle to Terminal 1 (25 minute ride) leaves every hour, on the hour. Shuttle to Terminal 2 (5 minute ride) leaves every 30 minutes.

Great hotel close to Incheon airport. Lovely room that was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and polite. A perfect place to stay overnight either arriving late or have an early flight in the morning. Also free shuttle service to the airport. Very good value for money. Inly downside was 1 bittle of water left in the room fir 2 people.

Room was 28c went down to the lobby to ask if AC could be turned on. A rude meber of staff just raised her hand to me and was too busy on her phone. Other member of staff suggested i open a window. This is a airport hotel and very noisey outside.

It’s very clean and on a good location for an overnight stay, close to terminal 2. Hotel has the shuttle buss going to both terminals which helps for next day flight. It has very nice view if the room is facing west. You can see the sunset over the ocean with airplane flying over. I like the hotel’s convenient market. You can grab some quick food if you don’t feel like to have a full dinner.
