Good hotel, friendly staff. We picked it given its approximate location to town.

We throughly enjoyed our stay and communication with the host. Kitchen had enough equipment to get by. Would have like liked a kettle @ large mugs only. The apartment is great for families and convenience for getting around.

Generally ok. Nothing to write incredibly about. It’s average at best. The cleaning staff and the coffee bar attendants are incredibly nice and frankly that is their saving grace. Front reception are useless: we had book a very room to accommodate our late arrival and of course they had given it away so we ended up sleeping on a roll away bed in a different room. Same thing happened to the mother/son customers who checked in ahead of me. Reception were unsympathetic knowing full well we couldn’t just leave the hotel at 1am which is when we arrived. Overall I would not come back there even though the other (non reception) staff members were nice folks.
