Amazing hotel. We will definitely come stay in Hotel Cristallo again. The location is fabulous across the street from the beautiful Thermal Park. Free tickets to the concerts in the park for hotel guests, a few minutes walk to the beautiful historic town. The restaurant is amazing, breakfast , lunch and dinner are outstanding The rooms are clean, bright and spacious. The staff at the hotel were all so friendly and welcoming. The property is beautifully maintained. Short drive to Imola through beautiful hills, very convenient also for visiting Ravenna, less than an hour drive.

Everything and everyone there was amazing. The ONLY thing I would suggest is that they pony up for some soft sheets and pillowcases. Shockingly stiff and uncomfortable. We resorted to wrapping our pillow with a t-shirt.

Very pleasant experience all around. Room is large, high ceilings, full of natural light. Staff very impressive.

Absolutely loved this hotel, great for families. Plenty of sun loungers round pool, close walk to nice restaurants and shops. Staff were incredible and always had smiling faces, great touches like geletaria one evening and free coffee sorbetto.
