Desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and beds comfortable. Parking was easy, restaurant good.

I was really impressed by the staff- all staff cleaners kitchen staff divers and most of all the front desk. All were helpful , polite and willing to help. Most pleasant and reassuring.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, The room was clean and spacious. Did not interact with other staff, or use the bar, restaurants or breakfast kitchen. Mold in the shower. The third floor is hot, humid and reeks of chlorine. The third floor security door is very grimey, entry and exit doors somewhat grimey. The street/traffic noise is loud. Air conditioner was weak.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Convenient parking. Conveniently located to Health Science Center with indoor access.
