"Paper thin walls"
My son and I had room in one of the 400 series multi-room cabins. Our neighbors were having a bit of a late evening argument and every word leaked easily through the walls keeping us up and forcing us to endure their vulgar language. I was just happy that their argument didn't end up in make-up sex. Otherwise a great hotel and beautiful property.

"Stayed here for Jasper Pride 2017"
The staff was helpful and friendly, I always appreciate that. The room was standard and very clean. The hotels and the facilities in it had an interesting layout, not appealing in my opinion. Generally had a great time, would highly recommend Jasper Pride to anyone.

The outside of the hotel has been renovated nicely. Our room had some upgrades (I think). Overall good value for money spent. My only complaint was just that you can hear it anytime someone walks outside your room - with people going back and forth to the hot tub at night, it was hard for my family to fall asleep.

"Okay..."
For the deal of 99$ a night it was okay. I think this hotel averages around 150+ per night which I do not feel is worth it. My complaints are: the bathroom smelled of strong urine, found napkins behind one of the bedside tables, the bed and pillows were VERY uncomfortable, both me and my husband work up very sore each morning. Parking sucked. Someone was parked in front of our room so we had to unload our luggage from another parking lot (pain). With having exterior doors it was noisy, you could hear people walking by the room and vehicles coming and going. There is a train right across the street, although we didn't notice it as all the other noises drowned it out.

"Clean room comfy king bed"
We ski quite a bit in Jasper and the type of deal I can get will dictate where we are staying. Expedia had a smokin good deal for $84.00/night. IMO there is not a hotel in Jasper worth more than 150ish/night, but I do think the Lobstick is one of the better hotels and if I had to pay a little more to stay, I would. Our adjoining rooms had lots of space and each had two king beds on the third floor. Be aware, on a previous trip our room was on the lower level in a two king room and it was very small in comparison. Rooms were clean, beds are comfortable. Bathroom was updated and clean. It's not very sound proof, but definitely not the worst in Jasper. We always pack a fan to help drown out the hallway noise. They have two restaurants. The one on the third floor has a cozy area with TV, great mountain view, fireplace and leather chairs where the kids were able to come hang out as well. Unfortunately the service has been very slow the last couple times we have been there. Food was decent, but the chicken wings and ceasars are delicious! They are also within walking distance of down town. This hotel is always one of my first choices.

Icefields Parkway is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Icefields Parkway, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Icefields Parkway hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
