Exceptional stay from start to finish, starting with the doorman who met me at my Uber and accompanied me all the way to my room carrying my bags for me, which was unnecessary but very much appreciated after a delayed flight. My room was incredible, large, on the 17th floor with a beautiful view of the city. Access to the largest gym in Latin America was a real treat. Breakfast was very fresh with lots of variety. When I checked out, Nascimento at the front desk offered kind, pleasant, helpful conversation, and Roger took care of my bags for me until I needed to leave. My only regret is that I can’t stay longer. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, and will definitely stay here again if I return to Brasília.

Venho registrar minha profunda insatisfação com a hospedagem realizada neste hotel. O quarto disponibilizado estava localizado no mesmo andar onde é servido o café da manhã. A partir das 5h da manhã, os funcionários já iniciavam as conversas em tom elevado e os preparativos para o café, gerando intenso ruído e impossibilitando qualquer continuidade do descanso. Em outras palavras, o hóspede só consegue dormir até esse horário, o que é incompatível com o mínimo de conforto e tranquilidade que se espera de uma hospedagem. Além disso, o café da manhã oferecido foi extremamente decepcionante, com pouca variedade e qualidade abaixo do esperado. Para agravar a situação, o elevador encontrava-se estragado, causando transtornos e dificultando o deslocamento dos hóspedes, sem que houvesse uma solução adequada ou informação prévia sobre o problema. Diante de todos esses fatores, considero que a experiência ficou muito aquém do padrão esperado, comprometendo significativamente a qualidade da estadia. Espero que as falhas apontadas sejam corrigidas para evitar que outros hóspedes passem pelos mesmos transtornos.

Extremely disappointing stay — not what I expected from Meliá I stayed at Brasil 21 Suites by Meliá for 14 days and had to change rooms THREE different times. Two of the rooms were completely different from what I had reserved and were unacceptable for an extended stay. One room was extremely noisy, another had visible mold/staining on the walls, and the rooms generally felt outdated and poorly maintained. The TVs were outdated, walls were dirty and clearly needed a fresh coat of paint, and the air conditioning did not work properly in one of the rooms. There were also maintenance and bathroom issues that should not be happening at a hotel of this level. What made this even worse was the attitude of much of the staff. Service was inconsistent, and several interactions felt rude and dismissive. There was very little sense that anyone genuinely cared about resolving the problems or making the stay comfortable. Unfortunately, these issues don’t appear to be isolated. Recent guest reviews also mention mold/stale smells, outdated rooms, maintenance and drainage problems, inconsistent housekeeping and poor follow-up when issues are reported. Having to repeatedly pack and move rooms during a 14-day stay is simply unacceptable. This is a Meliá property, and we expected much more. The brand creates an expectation of quality, cleanliness, maintenance and professional service that this hotel simply did not deliver. I would not stay here again.

Fantastic hotel, modern amenities. Great service team, experienced and well coordinated for the ultimate comfort of guests. Loved the rooftop too.
